Built in Jamaica for Caribbean couriers

Courier software that doesn’t charge you more for growing.

Parcel runs the whole operation — warehouse intake, mailbox codes, rate cards, manifests, deliveries and invoicing — for one flat monthly price. Every other courier platform in this market bills you per package. We don’t.

Two portals, one system

What your staff see, and what your customers see

Your team works the counter and the warehouse from the admin portal. Your customers get their own branded login where they track packages, submit pre-alerts and upload invoices — which is what stops the counter phone ringing all day.

/admin/parcels — staff portal
Parcel admin portal: the parcel register listing packages with customer, weight, charges and status
Admin portal Intake, weights, rate cards, manifests, deliveries, invoicing and per-branch reporting. Every fee and override is logged against the staff member who made it.
/dashboard — customer portal
Parcel customer portal: a shopper's mailbox code, US shipping address, package counts and their ready-for-pickup list
Customer portal Your branding, your domain. Customers see their own packages by mailbox code, pre-alert incoming shipments and upload invoices before the package lands.

What it does

Everything a forwarding operation actually runs on

Not a general logistics suite with a courier module bolted on. Every screen here exists because a Jamaican forwarder needed it.

Warehouse intake

Packages arrive from your Miami warehouse over API or bulk import, match to a mailbox code automatically, and drop into a queue when they don’t.

Weight-tier rate cards

Your own rates, per branch. Charges compute from the tier table instead of the counter clerk’s memory, and processing fees follow the weight band.

Automatic discount rules

Loyalty tiers, volume breaks and promotional pricing apply themselves. Set the rule once rather than remembering it at every checkout.

Manifests & deliveries

Build a manifest, assign a driver, run the route. Delivery status flows back to the customer portal without anybody retyping a tracking number.

Branch-scoped audit trail

Every fee, discount and override recorded against the staff member and the branch. If a branch is leaking money, you can see where.

Franchise revenue share

Franchise fee percentages, start and end dates, and per-branch revenue tracked in the system. Nobody else in this market does this.

Your name on it, not ours

A website and a portal that belong to your business

Most courier software gives you a login screen with someone else’s logo on it. Parcel gives you a public website and a customer portal that are yours end to end — your domain, your logo, your colours, and no mention of us anywhere your customers can see.

Your own front page Live

A real public website in front of the portal — home, rates, about, contact — on your domain, choosing from three ready layouts, with a live rate calculator shoppers can use without signing in.

Edit it yourself Upcoming

A visual editor for those pages: change the words, swap the pictures, publish. Today we make content changes for you on request, usually the same day.

Your logo everywhere Live

Logo, name and tagline set once and applied across the public site, the customer portal, the staff screens and the notification emails your customers receive.

Portal in your colours Upcoming

Your full palette driving the portal your customers log into — buttons, navigation, status chips and charts — instead of a vendor blue you have to explain away. Today one accent colour reaches the public site.

Branded documents Upcoming

Your palette and typeface on every invoice, manifest and label you print. Today those carry your logo and business details.

No vendor branding Live

Nothing your customers can see carries our name. The portal is on your domain, the emails come from your sending domain, and the invoices are yours.

A live rate calculator on your own front page. Shoppers work out what a package will cost before they ever contact you — and it is fed by the same rate card the counter charges from, so the quote and the bill always agree.

Reporting

Every number your operation produces, over any period you choose

Pick any date range — yesterday, last quarter, a single branch’s Christmas — and compare it against the period before or the same period last year. Everything exports to CSV or Excel.

Ten dashboards are live today over fixed periods, exportable. Arbitrary date ranges, period-on-period comparison and scheduled email delivery are upcoming; the metrics below marked Upcoming are ones we can already compute from data you have, and are being built now.

Money Live

Revenue by branch, by day and by fee type. Discounts given and what they cost you. Outstanding balances and how old they are. Payments taken, by method and by staff member. Franchise fees owed and collected.

Volume & weight Live

Packages received, cleared and delivered. Total and average billable weight. Distribution across your weight tiers — which tells you whether your rate card is priced where your packages actually sit.

Speed Upcoming

How long a package spends in the warehouse, in transit, in customs and waiting for pickup. Where the queue builds up, and on which days. Delivery success rate per driver and per route.

Customers Live

New sign-ups, active and dormant accounts, and who your top customers are by spend and by volume. Which senders your customers shop from most. Who has stopped shipping and when they stopped.

Branches & staff Live

Every metric above, split by branch and comparable side by side. Intake and checkout counts per staff member, and every fee waived or overridden with the name attached.

Things you didn’t ask for Upcoming

Unclaimed packages ageing on your shelves and what they are worth. Customers whose volume dropped off a cliff. Your busiest hour at the counter. Pre-alerts that never arrived. Weights that changed after intake.

Deliverability & performance

Notifications that arrive, on a system that keeps up

Two things quietly decide whether courier software gets used or worked around: whether the emails reach the inbox, and whether the counter screen loads while a customer is standing there.

Email that reaches the inbox

Parcel sends through Mailgun or Postmark — dedicated transactional providers, not a mailbox account relaying through a shared IP that someone else already burned.

  • Your own sending domain, with SPF and DKIM configured during onboarding — we do the DNS with you rather than sending a help article.
  • Per-message delivery status recorded against every broadcast, so “they never got it” is a question with an answer.
  • Retries on a durable queue. A provider outage delays a notification; it doesn’t lose it.
  • Editable templates for every notification, in your voice and your branding.

Fast on the connection you actually have

One process, one embedded database, no network round trip to a database server on another continent. Most pages answer in well under a tenth of a second.

  • Server-rendered pages — no multi-megabyte JavaScript bundle to download before the counter can take a package.
  • Works on a phone. The portal installs to the home screen and the driver runs deliveries from it.
  • Hosted close to you, on your own isolated instance — not a shared tenant queue behind someone else’s busy month.
  • Verified daily off-site backups, with a health endpoint we monitor rather than waiting for you to call.

Pricing

One flat price. However good your month is.

Quoted in US dollars, billed in Jamaican dollars. No per-package fee, no charge per user, no charge per branch inside your plan.

What the same month costs elsewhere

Per-package pricing looks cheap at low volume and stops looking cheap the moment you grow.

Per-package rates are the going rates in this market as at August 2026. Below about 1,100 packages a month a per-package plan is usually the cheaper option — if that is you, we will say so on the call rather than after you have signed.

On the way

What’s coming next

Listed here rather than sold as though it already shipped. Both are in active development and both are included in your plan when they land — no upgrade, no add-on fee.

Online payments Upcoming

Customers pay before pickup with a local gateway, and the payment reconciles against the invoice automatically. Today Parcel records payments taken at the counter — cash, card, bank transfer — with full reversal history.

WhatsApp notifications Upcoming

“Your package has arrived” straight to WhatsApp, from the same templates that drive your email today. Email notifications are live now on your own verified sending domain.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How much does courier software cost in Jamaica?

Parcel is flat monthly pricing: J$25,000 (about US$160) for a single branch, J$43,000 (about US$275) for up to three branches, and J$78,000 (about US$500) for unlimited branches with franchise reporting. There is no per-package fee, so the bill does not rise when your volume does.

Is Parcel cheaper than per-package courier software?

Above roughly 1,100 packages a month, yes. Most courier platforms charge per package — at a typical 25 US cents a package, 4,000 packages a month is about US$1,000, against US$275 flat on Parcel's Route plan. Below about 1,100 packages a month a per-package plan is usually cheaper, and we will tell you so.

Can I have my own website, not just a portal?

Yes. Parcel builds you a public website on your own domain — home page, rates, about, contact — that you edit yourself, with a live rate calculator your customers can use without signing in. Your customer portal sits behind it on the same domain, so the whole thing is one site under your name.

Will it look like my business or like your software?

Like your business. You set your logo, your colours and your typeface once, and they are applied across the public site, the customer portal, the staff screens, the emails your customers receive and the invoices and manifests you print. Your customers should never see our name.

What reporting do I get?

Revenue, volume, weight, fees, discounts, outstanding balances, delivery performance, customer activity and per-branch and per-staff breakdowns — over any date range you choose, comparable against the previous period or the same period last year, and exportable to CSV or Excel. Reports can be scheduled to arrive in your inbox.

Do you handle multiple branches and franchises?

Yes. Each branch gets its own rate card, its own staff permissions and its own audit trail, and the owner sees per-branch revenue in one place. Franchise fee percentages and revenue share are tracked in the system rather than in a spreadsheet.

Can my customers track their own packages?

Yes. Every customer gets a mailbox code and a branded portal where they can see their packages, submit pre-alerts, upload invoices and request delivery — which is what stops the counter phone ringing all day.

Will the emails actually reach my customers?

Parcel sends through Mailgun or Postmark on a sending domain you own, with SPF and DKIM configured during onboarding. That is the difference between arriving in the inbox and arriving in spam, and we set it up with you rather than leaving you a help article.

How long does it take to get started?

Ten days end to end. Discovery on day zero, your rate card and customer list imported by day two, sending domain verified on day three, staff trained on day four, then a parallel run against your current process before cutover on day ten.

Can I get my data out?

At any time, in full, as CSV or Excel. Your database is yours — we will hand you the whole thing if you ask. Nothing about the pricing depends on holding your history hostage.

See it running on your own rate card

Send us your published rates and we’ll load them before the call, so you are looking at your own business rather than a demo full of invented packages. Fifteen minutes, no slide deck.

  • We’ll tell you if you’re too small. Under about 1,100 packages a month, a per-package competitor is probably cheaper — and we’ll say so.
  • Your data stays yours. Full export, any time, in CSV or Excel.
  • No contract lock-in. Month to month after the setup fee.

A rough number is fine. It decides whether flat pricing actually saves you money.
